People to People International
Togo is a non governmental organisation created in September 2009 in Togo to enhance international understanding through education, culture, humanitarian, environment, sustainable development and international exchange programs.
Our mission is to promote peace and understanding through direct contact with people from different countries.
Gergana Manolova is a freelance researcher working in global mental health and has experience working with the World Health Organization, UNICEF and the Centers for Disease Control.
She is enthusiastic about raising mental health awareness globally and supports very much sharing lived experience stories, working in the community and preventing mental health issues through greater social connectedness. She runs the newsletter Global Mental Health Unboxed for others interested in the field and keeps a calendar of global mental health events .

Currently we collaborate in the terms of :
- Gergana is my guru since we studied the same postgraduate course, however at different universities and at different times. She has experience working for mental heralth charities and organisations and as mentioned before, she launches her mental health newsletter full of super-useful info monthly.
Emmanuel Akpan is a CBT-I Specialist, I employ behavioural techniques to improve the quantity and quality of sleep. He works with patients towards achieving the recommended 7 to 9 hours of night sleep. Using a structured Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) programme, he resolves insomnia without the use of sleeping medication.
CBT-I is considered as a first line treatment for insomnia and is more effective without the unpleasant side effects or long-term health concerns that come with sleeping pills.
UGI Foundation was established on 21 May 2018.
The Foundation runs preschools and formal schools - Aptech Montana International Preschool, Sarita Vihar, New Delhi; Shemrock Smiling Tots, Vaishali, Ghaziabad and the Foundation is the major partner of Knowledge Bus Global School, Mohali; Delhi Public School, Yamunagar; Delhi Public School, Kolkata North.
The Foundation facilities foreign educational institutions for running training and capacity building of government officials of India in foreign countries of Europe, USA etc.
The Foundation does all the liaison work for foreign institutions in India for training and capacity building.
Currently we collaborate in the terms of :
- Bringing students from India to Slovakia to study engineering and medical degrees at slovak universities
- Developing an app for females traveling in India with combined features ensuring sage traveling, networking and reviews while on the road. The app was developed due to many reported issues regarding safety of female travelers in India, both Indian and international.
